Carol Cloteaux is a current M.Ed. student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Houston. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in Criminology and Sociology . While working as an elementary school teacher, she worked with students ranging from ages 5-10 years. She is interested in helping individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as other presenting issues. She takes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach when working with clients, and her goal is to help them take control of their thoughts and improve overall mental wellness.
